Remodelers
Because we emerged from a remodeling company, we have a unique understanding of the pressures and complexities of each remodel, and we bring you solutions.
Dedicated Professional Project Managers
You know the difference a good project manager can make in keeping things on time and budget. But, they’ve also need to be good with clients, overly communicative, and unwilling to assume even the small stuff.
You should also know our project managers know the remodeling business inside and out, so they get how their finishing work fits into your schedule and priorities.
Single Point of Contact
Nothing is more complicated than a remodel. Nothing. So, we understand how important it is to simplify wherever possible and where it makes the biggest impact on schedule predictability.
That’s why we offer a single contact for every aspect of the painting services you depend on. If we run into a drywall issue, a plumbing or electrical snafu, we can fix it or connect with someone who can.
No Problems Without Solutions
Because we emerged from a remodeling company, we have a unique understanding of the pressures and complexities you have to deal with. We will be able to bring you solutions for the problems we encounter on your behalf because we’ve been through them before with our own remodeling pros.
Honesty spoiler alert. We will make mistakes. Our pledge, which might seem a bit crazy, is to make fewer new mistakes, not repeat old ones.
Coat of Conduct
Yes, we know the word should be “code”, but sometimes a good pun can’t be passed up. In any event, and we are serious about this, we have perfected a set of standards we expect all of our employees, as well as our trade partners, to follow.
At the end of the day, we represent you, and there’s no such thing as an adequate excuse to a homeowner.
Complimentary and Timely Quote
We are a quick study, ready to respond to any job, big or small. You can expect thorough estimates tailored to your business. The longer we work with you, the quicker those numbers get back to you in the format you expect.
We use BuilderTrend too, so if that’s how you want it, that’s how you’ll get it.
Punch List Purgatory
A punch list that never ends is almost as frustrating as late-night callbacks. For remodelers, it’s especially tough when the homeowner holds the final payment as leverage. We get it.
That’s why we focus on wrapping up those nagging touch-ups quickly and always leave homeowners with enough paint samples to handle their own, even after the warranty is up.
Why is this important? Because a lingering punch list can undo all the great work you’ve put into that project and the relationship.
Responsive, Reliable and appropriate Communication
- We use every tool available, from text, email, phone, and even carrier pigeon if it gets the job done.
- We tailor communication to fit the situation. A quick text works sometimes, but other situations call for an email, a call, or even a face-to-face conversation.
- We get back to you quickly, whether it’s within the hour, by the end of the day, or the next day.
We know communication is hard. It is harder than it needs to be if you underestimate what it takes to do it well. That's why this is one of our favorite quotes on the subject:
"The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.” - George Bernard Shaw
Remodel-Centric Perspective
We view you, your project, and your clients through the lens of trust. It doesn't matter how good we are at everything else if we don't have your trust.
What kills trust? Usually, it's the little things. The call was not returned in a timely fashion, squishy deadlines, and surprise quote numbers.
Sometimes trust is jeopardized by an unspoken or unrealistic expectation of how or when work will be done. If, for some reason, those expectations are not realistic, work with you to set better ones.
Why is this important? Because an unmet expectation equals frustration and a loss of trust. And, trust is everything.
